Fee Structure — No Joining Fee, No Subscription
Future Stability operates on a success-only basis. There is no joining fee, no annual membership, and no monthly subscription. A Business Development & Booking Management Fee of 2.5% applies to the gross accommodation revenue of bookings that Future Stability directly introduces, negotiates, or manages. The fee is only payable where Future Stability has been the effective cause of the booking — you keep 100% of your direct bookings and existing contracts. Full details are set out in the Accommodation Partner Agreement, which you will review and sign during registration.
