I Have a Property

Have a property to let?

Future Stability works with private landlords, property owners and housing partners to help connect suitable homes with people and organisations looking for accommodation. Whether your property is available now or may become available in the future, tell us about it and we can explore the most appropriate opportunity.

Different properties, different routes

Tell us about your property and we'll explore the most appropriate opportunity. This is not an automated matching service.

Private rental homes

For landlords with houses or flats suitable for people and families looking for stable private rented accommodation. Future Stability is developing a network of applicants and housing partners looking for suitable private rented homes. Registering your property allows us to understand what you have available and explore appropriate housing opportunities.

HMO & accommodation opportunities

For landlords and owners of suitable HMOs and larger accommodation. Future Stability also works with landlords and property owners whose properties may be suitable for established accommodation providers and commissioned housing arrangements. We can help assess the property, gather required information and documentation, support onboarding and, where appropriate, present suitable opportunities to accommodation providers or housing partners.

Not available yet? That's fine.

You do not need to wait until your property is empty to register it. If a tenancy or other occupancy arrangement may end in the coming months, tell Future Stability when you expect the property to become available. Knowing about future availability may give us more time to identify suitable demand and help reduce the period between occupancies.

Register future availability

As our landlord and applicant network grows, Future Stability aims to identify suitable opportunities based on property and housing requirements.

Plan ahead

Why register before the property is empty?

Registering your property early gives Future Stability more time to understand it and explore suitable routes — without making promises about outcomes.

Earlier visibility of potential demand
Opportunity to plan ahead
Reduced reliance on last-minute advertising
Potential to reduce void periods
One place to keep property information
Access to different housing routes where appropriate
Future Stability support through the process
How it works

A simple, supported process

STEP 1

Register your property

Tell us about the property — location, property type, bedrooms, availability, rent expectations where applicable, and HMO/licensing information where relevant.

STEP 2

Future Stability reviews it

Our team reviews the information and may request further details or documents.

STEP 3

We explore suitable opportunities

Depending on the property, this could include appropriate private rental demand, housing partners or accommodation-provider opportunities.

STEP 4

We help progress the opportunity

If a potentially suitable route is identified, Future Stability can help progress the next stages with you and the relevant applicant, provider or partner.

What types of property?

We're interested in hearing about

Future Stability welcomes a broad range of properties. Not every property will be suitable for every route — that's something our team reviews with you.

Have more than one property?

If you own or manage several properties, you can register more than one property with Future Stability. Properties do not all need to be available at the same time. Our landlord portal is designed to allow authorised landlords and representatives to manage multiple registered properties through one account.

Registering on behalf of an owner?

Authorised agents or representatives can also work with Future Stability. Where required, we may ask for confirmation of your authority to act for the property owner.

Fees: Any applicable Future Stability fees will be explained before you enter into a paid service. Registering your property for review is not a paid service.

Your information is private: Details you provide are held within your secure landlord account. They are not displayed publicly and are not shared with other landlords or applicants simply because you register.

No guarantee: Registering your property does not guarantee that Future Stability will be able to place a tenant, secure a provider arrangement or progress an onboarding. Availability, suitability, landlord requirements, affordability and provider acceptance considerations may apply.
