Measurement Methodology

Social value is calculated using the TOM (Themes, Outcomes and Measures) framework proxies, endorsed by Social Value UK. Housing savings represent the annual public purse reduction when a person moves from temporary accommodation to a private rented sector tenancy. Employment value reflects the economic contribution of sustained employment. SROI ratio divides total social value by programme investment. All figures are indicative proxies and should be validated with local authority cost data for formal reporting.
